User Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between Booking Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and the user who is a member of the Platform or visits the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "User").

2. Purpose

User can make appointments from service providers (businesses) through the Platform. Platform is only an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the quality of services or cancellations.

3. User Obligations

• User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the forms.
• You are expected to cancel the appointment if you will not be coming.
• Users are obliged to behave respectfully towards each other or businesses. The legality and consequences of the comments made belong to the comment owner.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation conditions are determined by the Business providing the service, and any collected (if any) fees are refunded at the Business's own discretion. Platform does not offer a refund guarantee.

5. Authorized Court

The courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized in the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
